Ingredients

Original flavoured Pringle
Asparagus
Freshly-made Hollandaise sauce
Poached eggs (why not try making miniature poached eggs, along the lines of our miniature fried eggs in the All Day Breakfast recipe?)
Cured bacon

Method

click for a larger image Cook the asparagus and set aside.

click for a larger image click for a larger image Whip up a Hollandaise sauce - preferably whilst wearing black tie.

click for a larger image Top each Pringle with Hollandaise, poached egg, a twist of cured bacon, and an asparagus spear.
