Cornish Coast

A simple Pringle with flavours of the historic south west.

Ingredients

Original flavour Pringles
Cornish Yarg
Quince cheese (also known as Quince jelly)

Method

Spoon quince jelly on to the Pringle, and add two or three small slices of Cornish Yarg. Serve with cider and thoughts of the salty sea.
