English Pringles Abroad

These Pringles were inspired by the Euro 2004 football tournament. Whilst each displays the cross of St George, each also draws on flavours and ingredients from Europe's rich store. These are Pringles at the heart of Europe. Whilst invented for Euro 2004, we found ourselves revisting them with equal fervour during the 2006 World Cup, and hope they will continue to stand the test of time.

Ingredients

Original flavour Pringles
One red pepper
One tube of red chilli relish
Tsatsiki
Brie

Method

To create the flag with a touch of Greece, smear tsatsiki over the surface of a Pringle. Carefully pipe red chilli relish into the form of a symmetrical cross.

To create an homage to our French neighbours, cover a Pringle with thick slices of brie (the brie should be left at room temperature for at least two hours prior to Pringling). Then form a cross with thin slices of the red pepper. Serve with cold lager (or bitter) at any major sporting event.
