Goats' Cheese and Pesto Pringle

Simplicity itself.

Ingredients

Original flavour Pringle
Goats' cheese
Pesto (preferably home-made - see our method in I Pringli d'Italia)

Method

Cut a Pringle-sized slice of goats' cheese (see the Babybel Pringle recipe for our optimal method) and place on an Original flavour Pringle. Smear a generous half-teaspoon of pesto onto the cheese.

Place the assembly into a pre-heated oven at about 160 deg. C. for five minutes or so. Serve warm. A Riesling might be nice with this.
