Ready Salted Pringle (Pringles Light Original flavour make a good alternative for the girth-conscious Pringler) |
Smear a half-teaspoon of sun-dried tomato paste or red pesto across the Pringle. Cut two thin demi-Pringle-sized slices of goats' cheese (see the Babybel Pringle recipe for our optimal method) and place atop the smeared Pringle. Garnish with a little black pepper and serve with vegetable crudités.
