Goats' Cheese and Sun-dried Tomato Pringle

A tangy and sophisticated Pringle.

Ingredients

Ready Salted Pringle (Pringles Light Original flavour make a good alternative for the girth-conscious Pringler)
Sun-dried tomato paste, or red pesto
Goats' cheese
Freshly ground black pepper

Method

Smear a half-teaspoon of sun-dried tomato paste or red pesto across the Pringle. Cut two thin demi-Pringle-sized slices of goats' cheese (see the Babybel Pringle recipe for our optimal method) and place atop the smeared Pringle. Garnish with a little black pepper and serve with vegetable crudités.
