Mrs Kirkham's Tasty Lancashire cheese

Method

Steep your Pringle in traditional Cumbrian damson gin and bake as directed. When crisp, top your Pringle with a dainty sliver of Mrs Kirkham's Tasty Lancashire cheese and enjoy with a hearty stout, or alternatively a nice cup of tea.
