The New York Deli Pringle

Ingredients

Salt and Vinegar Pringle
Pastrami
English mustard
Flat leaf parsley
(optional) Sliced gherkin

Method

click for a larger image Shred a quantity of pastrami by hand. Smear some English mustard onto the centre of a Salt and Vinegar Pringle. Place the shredded pastrami onto the mustard and tamp it home. Garnish with flat leaf parsley. A thin slice of gherkin is a tempting optional extra (not pictured).

Good with pickled cucumber spears and a chilled American beer.
