Pringles Gourmet with Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Roast beef
English mustard
Yorkshire puddings
Home-made gravy
Roast potatoes, carrots, and other suitable accompaniments

Method

click for a larger image Take a joint of tender roast beef, medium rare, from the oven and slice thinly.

click for a larger image Place a small piece of beef on top of each Pringle and spoon a little English mustard on top, to taste. Serve with the trappings of a traditional Sunday roast: crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings, home-made gravy and an assortment of vegetables.
