A variety of toppings: these might include soured cream, houmous, cream cheese, ardennes pâté, etc

Method

click for a larger image What defines the Radegund Fantastic is not so much the flavour as the presentation. To create a true Jesus College Pringle, your chosen topping should be applied to the Pringle using a piping bag with decorative star-shaped nozzle.

click for a larger image The basic 'star' design is simple to apply, with a single squeeze of the piping bag and a deft twist to finish, but try experimenting with other patterns, such as flowers, swirls or interlocking chain motifs. The elegance of the finished result is truly worthy of Jesus College's 500-year history.
