Thinly sliced salami (we used Italian fennel salami from Olga Stores in Penton Street, Islington) |
First, smear the cream cheese over the surface of the Pringle. Next, tear the salami and place liberally on top. Grind on black pepper to taste, and finish with a sprig of parsley or coriander. Remember: presentation is important! Serve with chilled American beer for that truly transatlantic experience.
