Salami Pringle

Tastes from a delicatessen - a classic Pringle combo.

Ingredients

Paprika flavour Pringles
Thinly sliced salami (we used Italian fennel salami from Olga Stores in Penton Street, Islington)
Cream cheese
Parsley or coriander
Black pepper

Method

First, smear the cream cheese over the surface of the Pringle. Next, tear the salami and place liberally on top. Grind on black pepper to taste, and finish with a sprig of parsley or coriander. Remember: presentation is important! Serve with chilled American beer for that truly transatlantic experience.
