Winter Comfort Pringle

The ideal Pringle for nibbling of an evening whilst relaxing beside a roaring log fire.

Ingredients

Pringle Dipper - Original flavour
Chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids (preferably Green & Black's)
Dried cranberries
Cocoa powder

Method

click for a larger image First, sponge the Pringle to desalinate it. Whilst it is drying, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Next, spoon a little chocolate into the middle of the Pringle and top with two or three cranberries. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy with a glass of vin santo or vintage port.
