Zorba the Pringle

The taste of the southern Mediterranean - Pringle style!

Ingredients

Pringles Dipper - Original flavour
Olive Oil
Pimento-stuffed green olives
Feta cheese in 10mm cubes
Marinated garlic
Mixed herbs

Method

Blend olives, feta, garlic and herbs with the oil and leave for an hour in a covered dish (alternatively, we have found that pre-packaged feta salad works almost as well).

Remove three cubes of feta from the marinate (use a fork to allow the oil to drain) and place in a row on the Pringle to create a 3 in 1 rectangle. Then remove an olive - also with a fork - and slice in two lengthways and remove the now-sliced pimento. Place the two strands of pimento along the top of the feta rectangle, and lean the olive halves against the longer sides. Remove a garlic clove from the marinate and bisect lengthways; place one half on each of the shorter sides of the feta rectangle. Serve with ouzo or retsina. Kale orexe!
